Self: If you believe you would benefit from having a Stephen Minister you may contact either of the pastors or one of the Stephen Leaders or Ministers. A pastor or Stephen Leader will confidentially discuss your desire with you and work with you to determine if Stephen Ministry is right for you.
Others: If you believe someone you know would benefit from having a Stephen Minister you should do the following:
Discuss the situation with the individual and determine if they would like to explore the possibility of having a Stephen Minister
If the individual agrees that they would like to explore Stephen Ministry then ask if they would like you to contact one of the pastors or a Stephen Leader or Stephen Minister. Alternatively, the individual may wish to initiate the contact themselves.
The pastor, or Stephen Leader will confidentially discuss the program with the individual to determine if Stephen Ministry is right for them.
