Be in attendance at all sessions of Stephen Ministry training, and especially supervision/continuing education sessions later on.  Let leaders know ahead of time when this is not possible.  Complete all homework assignments on time, participate fully in all classroom activity.  Arrive on time.  Pray daily for our congregation's Stephen Ministry and all its participants.  Give leadership regular feedback and evaluation.  Respect the confidentiality of others in the program with respect to personal items shared in the course of the program's activities.
